We aim to ship all our orders immediately. We generally take 1-2 business days to process the order, our delivery timeframe is 3-7 business days, it's dependent upon the location. However, In some circumstances, the delivery timeframe is a bit extended due to circumstances which are beyond our control (e.g holidays, etc). In case you found a jewellery piece damaged during shipping then inform us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
