Orders ship from Charlotte, NC within 1–2 business days, tracked door to door.
How long does shipping take?
US orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Shipping is $5.95, free on orders over $90. Canada shipping is $9.95.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies — for hygiene reasons, every returned piece must be professionally sanitized, re-polished, and re-inspected — and return shipping is paid by you. Items bought on sale or with a discount code are final sale. Damaged in transit? Email us within 48 hours with photos and we repair or replace free.

Keep it dry — remove before showers, pools, and workouts. Wipe gently after wearing and store in the pouch provided. With normal care, your pieces will keep their shine for years.
